Ronaldo was in attendance as he unveiled his new 'CR7 Crunch Fitness' gym in the Cuidad Lineal district of Madrid, and he even shared a secret as to how he got his own impressive abs.

While speaking to press men after the opening of the gym on Tuesday, March 14 Ronaldo explained that there is no truth in the report that he does 3,000 sit-ups everyday.

'It's not true that I do 3,000 sit-ups every day. I usually train 4 or 5 times a week with 200 or 300 sit-ups.
