Stop sending me unsolicited scripts or film ideas – Kemi Adetiba warns scriptwriters

Following Omoni Oboli's recent legal drama of her new
movie, 'Okafor's Law', Filmmaker, Kemi Adetiba has
taken to her Twitter page to sound a loud warning to
script writers sending her 'unsolicited scripts'.
'Pls stop sending me unsolicited scripts or film
ideas. I delete as soon as I see title. It
exposes us both,' the Wedding Party director
tweeted.'
Minutes later, she wrote on her IG page:
'I thoroughly understand the drive and hunger
to break out, but you really shouldn’t send out
finished scripts or film ideas without some
written legal protection anyway'.
This comes days after Lagos State Court ordered the
seizure of Omono Oboli’s Okafor Law’s following the
copyright infringement/trademark violation case filed
by writer Jude Idada.
