Mr Ali Geidam posted photos of the little boy he saw during immunization campaign in Damaturu, Yobe State.
"I get this Small boy,this morning when we are giving measles vaccine at hausari ward geidam  in shuwa Arab settlement with unidentified umbilical problem, so I post this picture so that the concern authorities to,intervene. so that to save his life." he wrote.
