The foreigners were led by some Nigerians on a courtesy visit to the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi's palace. They refused to kneel before the monarch like their Nigerian colleagues.

Spain appoint former Barcelona manager Luis Enrique as new coach

Former Barcelona manager,   Luis Enrique Martinez   has been officially appointed the new coach of the Spanish national team.  The president of the Spanish Football Federation,   Luis Rubiales   announced his appointment this afternoon at a press conference. The 48-year-old will replace   Fernando Hierro , who had taken over as interim coach following the sacking of   Julen Lopetegui   two days before Spain’s opening World Cup game against   Portugal.
