Looks like several members of R.Kelly's inner circle can no longer deal with him and his shenanigans, just a week after the singer was sued by a woman in Texas who claimed he groomed her for his infamous sex cult while she was underage and infected her with an STD.

Several members of R. Kelly’s inner circle have cut ties with the singer, it was revealed today. His spokesperson, Trevian Kutti, confirmed to Pitchfork that she no longer works with Kelly as of April 16. Additionally, BBC3 reports reports that both Kelly’s entertainment attorney, Linda Mensch, and his assistant, Diana Copeland, are no longer working with him. (Mensch also confirmed her resignation to Pitchfork.)

Prominent Nigerian politician in Anambra state, Governor Willie Obiano, was reported to be sharing ‘political bread’ to citizens of his state ahead of the 2017, gubernatorial election. The All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), candidate has been tipped for a second term in office for transforming the state. However, a picture of him could be seen on the bread nylon with the logo of his party. Court stops sack of over 20,000 teachers that failed the competency test in Kaduna

The Kaduna Division of the National Industrial Court today issued an order stopping the state government from going further with the plan to sack 21,780 primary school teachers that failed a competency test organised by the state government. Recall that in June, the state government organized a competency test for primary school teachers in the state. Sadly, over 21, 000 of the teachers failed the primary 4 set of questions given to them. Some of the scripts released by the state government showed that many of the teachers supplied ridiculous answers to basic questions they were asked. About two-thirds of the teachers that sat for the competency test, failed to score up to 75 percent. The state government afterward announced it will be terminating the appointment of the incompetent teachers. South African President, Cyril Ramaphosa to arrive Nigeria today for a two-day state visit

Fatherless lady cries out after her uncle brutalized her in Abuja (photos)

A 26-year-old lady who lost her father at a young age and had to live at the mercy of relatives, has cried out after her 36-year-old uncle brutalized her in Abuja. Maimuna Muhammed revealed that her father's relatives collected all they had after her father died and her mother was forced to move back to her family with her children. But she had to endure insults from her brothers' wives even though she was solely responsible for her children's upkeep. Maimuna had enough of the insults thrown at her mum and decided to stand up for her mum and this led to her being brutally beaten by her mum's younger brother.
