Captain Femi Fola Daniels has been declared wanted in a case of forgery and obtaining under false pretence to the tune of $400,000.

The suspect, who is the Chief Executive Officer/Chairman, Asher Worldwide
Business Limited, is alleged to have fraudulently obtained the sum under the guise that he had the ability to secure and supply two million barrels of crude oil to East Rock LLC. The suspect provided a fiduciary account, which was thought to be an NNPC account into which the victim paid the sum.

When his ruse was discovered, the suspect absconded after refunding only $40,000. All efforts to apprehend him have so far proved abortive.

Light in complexion and over six feet tall, 54-year-old Daniels hails from Ijebu Ode Local Government Area of Ogun State. The suspect is fluent in English and Yoruba languages. His last known address is House 1, ‘A’ Close, Adkan Estate, Gwarimpa, Abuja.
