Twins receive 40 college acceptances from 15 different states, N288m in scholarship

- Twins have received a whopping 40 college acceptance letters

- The colleges are spread across 15 different states

- These two lucky teens have also received scholarships of over N288 million

Twins take to social media to celebrate with the world after they received a staggering 40 college acceptance letters from 15 different states combined.

Akhya and Akhea Mitchell went to Troup County Comprehensive High School in LaGrange, Georgia, and reportedly earned a 4.5 GPA and 3.9 GPA respectively.

According to their viral Facebook post, the acceptances have also come with scholarships of over N288 million (about US$900,000).
It was probably not easy choosing which university to go to, as most of the 40 colleges that want to see them in their campuses are said to be highly placed in the global league table.

However, the twins have decided to go to Howard University.

A Nigerian doctor, who has been involved in a four- year ordeal after being accused of mistreating patients at a surgery has spoken of the effect the case has had on his family. Dr Abiodun Bale has been told by the Court of Appeal he was free to return to work after a top judge overturned his suspension on Monday, March 28th. Dr. Bale, who at the time lived in Moston, Manchester, was accused of behaving inappropriately after a female patient identified as Maria Hindle claimed he had grabbed her arm during a consultation and raised his voice to her at Hyndburn Medical Practice in Oswaldtwistle in 2013. The 45-year-old was training to be a GP at the Hyndburn Medical Practice in Acrington, when the allegations were first made in 2013. He was found guilty of assaulting the patient at Burnley Crown Court in 2014, but was later cleared of any wrongdoing following an appeal. Fatherless lady cries out after her uncle brutalized her in Abuja (photos)

A 26-year-old lady who lost her father at a young age and had to live at the mercy of relatives, has cried out after her 36-year-old uncle brutalized her in Abuja. Maimuna Muhammed revealed that her father's relatives collected all they had after her father died and her mother was forced to move back to her family with her children. Fuji star, KWAM1's daughter dies at 34

One of the daughters of Fuji music act, King Wasiu Ayinde Marshall aka KWAM1, Wasilat Olaronke Marshall, has died. A family member confirmed to LIB that she died in Canada after a brief illness. She was 34 years old. May her soul rest in peace, Amen.
