Heart-stopping moment police officer is pushed off motorbike by random man in unprovoked street attack
A shocking video shared online shows the moment a police officer was shoved from his motorbike into the middle of a road and into the path of a police car he was escorting.

At the beginning of the footage, two people in high-vis jackets are seen driving motorbikes down a street in front of a police car. Suddenly, a passer-by in a light coloured T-shirt runs out into the road from the pavement and shoves one of the officers off his bike. The attacker flees immediately after the attack.

Fortunately, the fall wasn't fatal and the officer manages to free himself from his fallen bike. He attempts to run after the man and his colleague is also seen getting off their own bike to help chase down the attacker, with the police car coming to a halt in the road. The video then cuts out.

Court nullifies lawmaker Abdulmumin Jibrin’s suspension, orders payment of his allowances

A federal high court in Abuja has declared the suspension of Abdulmumin Jibrin, lawmaker representing Bebeji/Kiru constituency in Kano state, by the house of representatives, as illegal and has asked that the house pay him all his allowances during his suspension. Customs officers intercepts truckload of 200,000 live ammunition in Niger(photos)

The Niger, Kwara, Kogi Command of the Nigeria Customs has intercepted an Onitsha bound truck load of 200,000 live ammunition being brought into the country from Benin Republic.
